How can I pay you?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club or American Express credit cards. We also accept wire transfers, but they must be payable in US dollars. If you are not comfortable providing your credit card information online, you can select the Pay by Credit Card by Phone or Fax option when you place your order on our Web site. Of course, you need to compare exactly similar stones in size, shape, clarity, color and measurements because even a small difference causes a large price difference.
Why is my credit card being rejected?

What is your return policy?
OnDiamonds.com offers a risk-free 30-day return policy. Our products are of the highest quality, but if for any reason you decide not to keep your merchandise you can return it to us within thirty days for a full refund or credit of the purchase price (shipping, insurance and handling charges are not refundable.) What is the quality of the OnDiamonds.com inventory?

Why do I have to include my phone number and the phone number of the person to whom I want to ship my order?
The phone numbers allow us to contact you if there's ever a question about your order. Also, FedEx requires the phone number of the intended recipient of the package so that they can contact them if there is any problem with the delivery.
How do I know if you received my order?
After you click Submit Order, you should receive a confirmation number. If you do not get a confirmation number, you should see a message at the top of the order form indicating why the order could not be processed. Am I really getting what I paid for?
All of our diamonds are graded by reputable and recognized laboratories (GIA, AGS & EGL) throughout the world. We offer a large variety of diamonds in many shapes, sizes, colors and clarities. Once you have received your diamond with its original certificate, you can examine the diamond. By comparing with the one you viewed on your computer you will be able to make sure it is the right diamond as specified on our Web site.
