We guarantee all our products and we offer a no-questions-asked 30-day return guarantee as well. If you are not completely satisfied with your OnDiamonds.com purchase for any reason, simply return it to us for a full refund or exchange. You can return your purchases (except custom-made jewelry and special orders) within 30 days from the invoice date. Any grading certificates or other items included with your purchase must be returned.

To return an order to us for a full refund or credit:

Call OnDiamonds.com at 888-5-ONDIAMOND (888-566-3426) and ask for a Return Authorization Number. Write this RA number on the outside of your package, include the return form that was provided with your shipment, and send the package back to us. The original security tag must be on the item! Use the original packaging material we sent you to return your purchase, along with any certificates or other items that were included. Make sure you include the return form and packing slip that were in the original shipment to you. If your purchase included a diamond certificate and you do not return the original certificate to us, there will be a $200 replacement fee charged for a new certificate. For safety, do not write on the package that there is jewelry, diamonds, or any other similar wording (this invites theft). Also, do not use the words OnDiamonds.com on the packaging for the same reason. To protect your shipment and minimize chances of loss or theft, make sure the packaging does not indicate luxury items are inside. We are not responsible for any items lost in shipping, so we strongly recommend you use an insured and guaranteed delivery method. For orders under $500, we recommend you use FedEx, DHL, or USPS registered mail. For orders over $500 we recommend you use USPS registered mail or UPS. Check here for conditions.

When your package is received, we will inspect and verify the condition of your return. This process can take up to five business days after receipt of your purchase. OnDiamonds.com will then refund you the entire cost of the item (excluding shipping, handling and insurance costs) using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.

Please note these conditions for returning an item:

All returns must be made within 30 days from the invoice date. Orders received after 30 days from the invoice date will not be accepted for refund, credit, exchange or repair.

All returns must have a Return Authorization Number clearly marked on the package or they will not be accepted.

Items must be returned in the same condition as sent from OnDiamonds.com.

Any returned item that has been altered, engraved, resized by anyone other than OnDiamonds.com, or damaged in any way (including signs of wear) will not be accepted for return.

No custom orders will be accepted for refund, exchange or repair.

Badly packed or uninsured packages will not be accepted.
